Got questions? We've got answers.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can change plans at any time. For active subscribers, upgrading from Pro to Max takes effect immediately, and the billing difference is prorated. During the 7-day Pro trial, upgrading gives you immediate Max access with no immediate charge; billing at $9/month begins when the Pro trial ends. Downgrading from Max to Pro is scheduled for the end of your current billing period.
Is there a commitment?
No commitment required. You can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Right now, we're keeping it simple with monthly plans for maximum flexibility. We're planning to add annual options with a nice discount soon. Hop on the waitlist to be the first to know!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.
Can I add Substack publications and RSS feeds to my digests?
Yes. Substack and RSS support are both included with Pro. For Substack, use the dedicated 'Connect Substack' option in the Sources tab — paste a handle, profile URL, or publication URL, and Readless connects it as a native Substack source (with a picker if the author runs multiple publications). For everything else with a feed, drop the RSS URL into a digest schedule. Newsletters, Substack, and RSS all flow into the same digest.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can try the service. You can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Can I run multiple separate digests, like work newsletters at 7am and finance newsletters at noon?
Yes — Pro supports up to 3 separate digest schedules, each with its own delivery time, weekday selection, and sender filters. A common setup: tech and product newsletters at 7am, investment and markets newsletters at noon, and a leisure-reading digest on weekends. Each digest is generated independently, so the system can also adjust depth per-digest (concise for the morning briefing, detailed for the weekend one).
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro includes newsletter, Substack, and RSS support, up to 3 separate digest schedules, custom summary depth, and custom weekdays and delivery times. Max raises the limit to up to 8 digest schedules and adds the Synthesis editorial briefing and custom summary instructions. Eligible new customers start with the 7-day Pro trial, and Max is available as an upgrade from Pro in the dashboard.
